My stay provided easy walks to the beautiful loose park and popular local restaurants like bo lings, making it a perfect base for my urban adventures as a solo traveler enjoying every moment of the nearby city charm. however, the refillable soap dispensers in the shower could use more clarity on their contents.

The room was spotless, and I loved the fresh coffee and citrus water available in the lobby all day! I really enjoyed the heated swimming pool and the cozy leisure room for relaxation. Just a heads up, the internet was a bit glitchy, but it didn’t ruin my overall experience. 😊

It was just a proper fit for a holiday in Kansas City with outstanding value. The staff was genuinely kind and wanted our stay to be exceptional, especially Simone at the pool bar. Make sure to enjoy the poolside bar—they have a nice selection of drinks.

Our room was cozy, but it could have been cleaner, and the bed was a bit hard for my preference. The staff was accommodating, especially when I needed a toothbrush, but I was disappointed with the pool access being blocked off. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, just a few hiccups here and there.

Clean, beautiful hotel with great service.

The bed was super comfy, and I loved the personalized welcome message on the TV when we walked in. The space was nice for hanging out with friends. However, we did encounter some issues with cleanliness in other rooms—been told some had mold and stains. Not great. Overall, the view of the Plaza was a nice bonus, especially with the lights still on from the holidays.
